An extraordinary transformation needs to happen throughout all humanity. An incredible perspective shift, away from that which is only dividing us. A new focal point. Our collective point of focus has pulled us all out of our authentic beings, threatening a desert of the spirit as the political powers gladly rob from us our dignity, our love for each other, and our very humanity.
Many of us know a revolution is necessary to ensure our basic human needs are being met and that we all have access to; health care, housing, food, the arts, and community. We are being forced into mindsets of fear, as they try to scare us stiff and unable to act in our own defense because we have no idea what they will try to take from us from one day to the next.
So many of us are starving for truth, the ACTUAL TRUTH, not the manufactured truth that the government and its oligarch bosses are force feeding us. Their fabricated news organizations owned by billionaires who are feeding us their version of a reality that works to keep us fearful and divide one blatant lie after lie. News is dripping with propaganda designed to make you feel confused and helpless. The truth is we the people are the ones with all the power!
They know that when the people are united they are an unstoppable force, so they need us to be broken, they need us to live in fear and isolation, they need this so that they can continue to have control over our lives, over our spending, and manipulate how and where we choose to spend our money? We have power in where we spend our money.
When we mindlessly spend our hard earned paychecks on things we don’t actually need we are just contributing to the waste in the world, the destruction of our planet, and depleting our bank accounts with our wants and addictions, all while the rich continue to gain from our mindless purchases. The way that Americans in particular spend money is not sustainable for the planet and continues to bring more power to the oligarchs who have no interest in using their powers for good. Even though they have enough money to feed all the starving children throughout the world for the rest of their lives, they have zero interest in helping humanity.
How we spend our money is a way to use our power because when we spend any money at all, we are using the only voice they listen to.
What else is in our control? Instead of feeling like we are flailing helplessly through space and time, worrying that these may be our last days as a human race, might I suggest turning inward and seeking your own gentle and kind spirit for guidance. The outer world is constantly screaming at us and flooding our senses for attention, but do you realize you don’t have to give it your attention at all? In fact, that is one way they try to have power over us is by maintaining our attention with their bullshit.
I am not saying ignore what is happening in the world, I am saying that you don’t need to be tuned into it 24/7. Go out in nature and remind yourself you are of it. These oligarchs need us to live in scarcity, thinking there is not enough to go around. But when we go into nature and spend just even five minutes there, we begin to see signs everywhere that we have more than enough to go around, that we actually live in abundance! Turn off the news, go out in nature, and give some space to hear your own heart's voice.
